At Choshu Industry, we are making attempts at new energy business, including hydrogen and biomass.

Equipment we have developed includes SHiPS, a package-type hydrogen station that produces CO2-free hydrogen on site by using renewable energy, and equipment which reduces the volume of organic residue, and facilitates recycling.

SHiPS is a package-type hydrogen station that produces CO2-free hydrogen on site using renewable energy.

We can also propose an emergency power system and energy storage equipment for the hydrogen station.

Installation example: Nagano Pref.
This station converts hydroelectric power, which is clean energy, into hydrogen and refills fuel cell vehicles (FCVs). It is also used to demonstrate and promote the appeal of hydrogen energy.

Hydrogen production capacity: Amount for one FCV/Day (5 Nm3/h)

Hydrogen storage capacity: Amount for five FCVs (Approx. 28.5 kg)

Available FCVs: Passenger vehicles and buses

"Rapid vacuum drying system" which reduces and recycles organic residue.

A system that rapidly reduces the volume of organic residue through vacuum drying and recycling. By circulating energy efficiently, This system contributes to zero emission.
